Some key take aways are below:<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Put all relevant information on product pages<\/h2><p>Given that most people won\u2019t read information pages (e.g. delivery, returns etc), all the relevant information should be on the product page.&nbsp; Adam recommends reiterating the message under the buy button.<\/p><p>Blendcommerce client sites that do this well are the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aquariumcoop.com\/collections\/type_fertilizers\/products\/easy-green-all-in-one-fertilizer\">Aquarium Coop<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/goatmilkstuff.com\/collections\/solid-goat-milk-lotion\/products\/solid-goat-milk-lotion-almond\">Goat Milk Stuff<\/a>.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Summary bullets (our previous UX person recommended these)<\/li><li>Messaging about button<\/li><li>Learn more about this product \u2013 link to blog posts<\/li><li>Loads of customer reviews<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">On Website page speed<\/h2><p>How fast should a Shopify site be?&nbsp; Adam&#8217;s recommendations are:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2.7 seconds is the min standard<\/li><li>Track the performance of main pages e.g. homepage, product page, category pages<\/li><li>Use one tool consistently for measurements.&nbsp; That way you will get a relative measure of performance<\/li><li>Remove any necessary apps as these slow down the system<\/li><li>Optimise images<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Think about customer flow<\/h2><p>Consider what messages customers will get during the purchasing process.&nbsp; For example:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Emails What messages will they get during the order flow e.g. review emails<\/li><li>Delivery.&nbsp; How can we better meet delivery promises \u2013 especially internationally<\/li><li>One site messaging \u2013 how can your direct customers to the right products<\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Offer multiple payment options<\/h2><p>How many payment options should a store offer.
