- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Please include a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Sale items cannot be refunded.
Returns Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to inform you that we have received your return. We will also inform you if we have approved or rejected your refund.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed via the original payment method within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund, please be patient; it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please get in touch.
